This Cardamom Spiced Apple Crumble will be your go-to dessert for Fall! Made with simple ingredients and warming spices like cardamom and pumpkin pie spice, this special dessert uses our PLANTSTRONG All-American Apple Pie Granola as the crumble topping.
4-6 small apples, sliced
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp cardamom
1 tbsp corn starch
3/4 cup PLANTSTRONG All-American Apple Pie Granola
1 ½ tbsp oat flour
¼ cup pecans, chopped
2 tsp maple syrup
1 ½ tbsp flax seed meal
Plant milk yogurt & cinnamon as garnish
In a bowl, combine filling ingredients and stir to fully combine. Transfer to an oven safe dish.
In a separate bowl, combine crumble ingredients. Pour over filling ingredients and pat down.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, until fruit is bubbly and crumble is toasted.
Optional: add plant milk yogurt and a dash of cinnamon as garnish
