Homemade date caramel, crunchy apples, melted chocolate, and chopped peanuts come together deliciously in this PLANTSTRONG-approved Date Caramel Apple Pizza. The perfect hint of sweet and salty on our new PLANTSTRONG personal pizza crust!
Preheat oven to 450℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prepare a pizza stone.
To make the date caramel, add dates, hot water, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
Spread a couple spoonfuls of date caramel on pizza crust. Top with apples. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
Melt chocolate – you can use a double boiler, or 30-second increments in the microwave, stirring in between.
Drizzle date caramel and melted chocolate over pizza. Top with chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
